Enterprises in financial services, government, healthcare, and other regulated industries can now access Reveal's full suite of AI-powered review capabilities inside their own private infrastructure.

We've increased our investment in Reveal Private Deployment (RPD) by 50%, adding more than 35+ engineering and product specialists to our growing team, while Consilio doubles down on RPD to power private-cloud review inside its Aurora platform, ensuring organizations no longer have to choose between modern AI and control over their data.

Legacy Platforms Are Sunsetting. Here's What Comes Next.

With legacy on-premise platforms sunsetting by 2028, enterprises face the choice to move to the public cloud or stay stuck in aging infrastructure. While the public cloud works well for many, it isn’t viable for everyone. RPD is built for organizations that need the capabilities of a modern cloud platform while retaining full control over where their data lives.

RPD runs on the same codebase and release branches as our cloud platform, so enterprises receive the same AI features at the same pace as cloud customers. That includes automated document review, natural language fact-finding and data analysis. There's no longer a meaningful gap between what's available in the cloud and what's available in a private deployment.

"Organizations are telling us they need both innovation and control," said Eric Harmon, CEO of Reveal. "We're investing aggressively in private deployment to prove they can have it."

Consilio’s Vote of Confidence

Consilio recently selected RPD as the premier privately deployed review platform inside Aurora, its digital enterprise platform serving Fortune 500 companies and Am Law 200 firms globally. The integration formalizes years of collaboration through joint enablement programs, training, and client certifications.

"Clients want access to strong review tools, but not at the cost of giving up control over their data or being forced into a deployment model that doesn't fit," said Meredith Kildow, President of Consilio. "Partnering with Reveal to provide RPD in Aurora eliminates that trade-off, giving legal teams a private-cloud environment with the governance and workflow control they need."

RPD Investment Delivers

By building out our RPD team and scaling our investment, we are focused on making RPD as easy to deploy and manage as our cloud platform by including:

  • Release parity with SaaS: RPD runs on the same release branches as our cloud platform with an identical codebase, so enterprises get new AI features and security updates without delay.
  • Enterprise deployment playbooks: Comprehensive documentation covering Kubernetes, SQL configuration, storage architecture, and security controls to reduce deployment time and complexity.
  • Validated bare-metal options: Full validation across Windows and Linux nodes to give organizations maximum infrastructure flexibility.
  • Dedicated support: Our engineers work closely with clients from architecture planning through ongoing optimization.

The Power of Choice

As some vendors narrow their deployment options, we're expanding ours. RPD supports public cloud, private deployment and hybrid models, so organizations can choose the approach that fits their security posture and regulatory requirements.
