Onna delivers the first eDiscovery collection tool for popular AI-powered collaboration workspace

We are excited to announce that Onna, the most comprehensive collection and management solution for unstructured collaboration data, has added Miro to our list of 30+ no-code integrations, empowering customers of the popular digital whiteboarding application to collect, search and analyze work product that is becoming increasingly important to disputes and investigations.

The integration marks among the first in a forthcoming series of connectors for AI-generated content, with ChatGPT and Gemini soon to follow.

Miro Whiteboards: The Critical Evidence You Can’t Erase

Miro is an online collaborative whiteboard platform used by teams to brainstorm, plan, design, and organize ideas visually. As it grows in popularity, the work product it generates—from product development timelines and strategic planning materials to documented IP and sensitive business decisions—has become increasingly relevant to litigation, investigations and other disputes.
Typical content might include:

  • Sticky notes and written discussions documenting strategic decisions
  • Diagrams, workflows, and planning documents revealing product development history
  • Embedded files and links containing intellectual property or PII
  • Rapid Deployment: Onna can be up and running in hours with minimal onboarding or IT lift, even for time-sensitive investigations.
  • No-Code Collection: Legal teams can collect Miro data directly through Onna's connector without relying on IT, accelerating response timelines for litigation holds and investigations.
  • Targeted Culling: Teams can target specific boards or custodians to search, filter, and reduce collection volumes, keeping costs and timelines manageable.
  • In-Place Preservation: Auto-sync ensures entire Miro instances remain defensible and audit-ready, with continuous preservation of new and updated content.
  • Unified Visibility: Miro data sits alongside Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and dozens of other sources in Onna's platform. Giving you one place to search across all of it.

Until now, legal teams have had no defensible way to collect and search that unstructured data outside of Miro itself. For the more than 250,000 organizations that rely on Miro, that gap has real consequences, “this integration is an important step in ensuring customers can leverage Miro to its full capacity while remaining confident that it meets their regulatory and compliance needs” says Harkamal Singh, head of technology partnerships at Miro.

Single Source of Truth, No IT Bottlenecks

The Onna + Miro integration gives legal teams the tools to handle this evidence:

Industry First

"Work happens across a wide variety of tools and platforms,” says Eric Harmon, Reveal CEO. “Miro is a collaborative workspace where critical work takes place and innovative projects progress from idea to execution. It has become vital that legal teams are able to preserve and search the content within Miro boards quickly and defensibly. We're delivering the market's first solution."

Onna is the leading data collection and management platform for eDiscovery. With 30+ no-code connectors, Onna provides legal and IT teams with a defensible, single source of truth to access, analyze, and act on data across your entire collaboration tech stack.
