Entering a New Chapter: My Role as Reveal’s CEO and the Road Ahead

It is an honor to introduce myself as the new Chief Executive Officer of Reveal. I have spent over two decades leading legal, technology and services organizations through periods of transformation and growth. From my time as a lawyer at Jones Day, then a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, and then to C-Level positions at Hewlett Packard, DXC Technology, and then to Trustwave, I have worked with exceptional teams to deliver meaningful innovation and lasting impact. 

Today, I begin a new chapter with Reveal, a company that I believe is redefining what is possible in legal technology.

Why Reveal and Why Now

Reveal stands apart. It is not just the technology, but the vision and the people behind it. With two distinct platforms, including Reveal for complex, enterprise matters and Logikcull for intuitive, self-service discovery, Reveal has built something few others can claim. These platforms are unified by a single artificial intelligence engine that delivers insight, speed, and transparency to legal professionals everywhere.

The company has momentum, an extraordinary team, and a product that is transforming how legal work is done. My role now is to build on this strong foundation and guide Reveal into its next phase of growth.

What I Bring and How I Lead

Throughout my career, I have focused on aligning people, technology, and execution. I believe in empowering teams with clear direction, removing roadblocks, and staying focused on customer outcomes. I also believe that culture is strategy, because change in AI driven industries is constant and leadership requires sustained commitment to excellence. High-performing companies do not just set goals. They build environments where people can do their best work.

At Reveal, I plan to lead with humility, curiosity, and purpose. I will listen, learn, and then act with intention. We have big goals, and we will pursue them with discipline and energy.
