Reveal Academy Membership
Reveal Academy's membership program rewards and recognizes professionals who earn multiple Reveal-Brainspace user certifications. When you earn at least 4 active certifications, you'll automatically become a member of this elite user community. Membership includes three levels: Scholar, Savant, and Genius. Be recognized as an industry expert in Reveal technologies and receive exclusive membership benefits. The more certifications you earn, the closer you are to reaching the next membership level. Become a certified Scholar by obtaining at least four (4) active certifications.

Reveal's microlearning non-certification courses take approximately 20 minutes per course to complete.
Who do I contact if I have training questions or technical issues?
Please contact Training Support if you have any questions or experience any technical issues. A member of the Reveal Training Support Team will respond as soon as possible. Reveal Training Support office hours are M-F from 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
How do I get re-certified?
All certifications are valid for 24 months. You will receive an email within 60 days of your certification expiration date. For information on how to renew your Brainspace certification(s), click here. You can also visit Reveal Academy and click on Recertification in the top navigation menu for additional information on renewing your certification online.
For Reveal certifications, a new version of each Reveal certification will be launched in 2023 beginning with the Reveal Reviewer Certification. The Reviewer Certification which will be available online starting April 14, 2023.
Can I retake the exam if I do not pass the first time?
Each certification course permits you at least one additional retake of the exam. However, you must wait 24 hours from the last time you took the exam before you can begin retaking the exam.
Do licensed customers receive discounts on courses?
All licensed customers of Reveal-Brainspace can take any of our online courses at no cost for as long as they're a customer of Reveal.
How do I get my Reveal Marketplace credentials?
Your Reveal Marketplace login will be automatically created using the email address we used to send you the congratulatory email about becoming a Reveal Academy member. You will be prompted to create your password upon your first login attempt.
