Gerry O’Connell

Chief Executive Officer

For more than 35 years, Gerry O’Connell has been an investor and executive in evolving technology companies. Today, as CEO of Reveal, Gerry is responsible for defining the vision and strategic direction of the business. In previous roles, he has served as Chairman, CEO, President and/or Vice President of Sales for multiple companies, including Cyphernetics (acquired by Automatic Data Processing, Inc.), Dataline Corp. (acquired by Unisys), Boris Systems (acquired by Norwest Bank), Datalogix (publically traded), Adage Systems (bought by STC Corp.), STC (Imany, publically traded), Atlas Commerce (acquired by Verticalnet), and Entuity Inc. (privately held). Gerry graduated from John Carroll University, where he serves on the Board of Directors, and he holds an MSIR from Loyola University in Chicago.

Ira Gerard

Chief Financial Officer

Ira Gerard brings more than 25 years of experience in financial and systems roles. As CFO of Reveal, he oversees all financial operations for the company and ensures that its strategic direction aligns with the company’s financial goals. While CFO at Mercator Software, he led the company through initial and secondary public offerings as the company grew from $16 million to $140 million. Ira also held CFO positions at Entuity Inc., a network management software company, and Dataline Corporation and Adage Systems International, both rapidly growing computer software companies. In addition, he has served as CFO of Gestetner PLC's U.S. and Canadian operations as well as its London-based parent. Ira has also held Vice President positions with Citibank and American Airlines. Ira is a graduate of Union College, NY, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Wendell Jisa

Chief Operating Officer

As COO of Reveal, Wendell brings more than 12 years of experience in the litigation support market. As founder and past CEO of Landmark Legal Solutions, a leader in the document management industry, he established satellite offices across the country and built an even broader network of service providers. The network has serviced the industry with unmatched levels of responsiveness and client satisfaction. At Reveal, Wendell is responsible for identifying and solidifying strategic partnerships in line with the corporation’s business initiatives. Wendell has exceptional abilities leading legal services teams founded on the principles of excellence in people, processes, and client service. He oversees all internal operations and ensures each business process is executed with precision, driving the team to excellence from the inside out. He serves on the board of directors for several privately held companies and is a graduate of Loyola University.

Kevin Reester

Chief Technology Officer

CTO of Reveal, Kevin is a technology executive with more than 17 years' experience designing, developing, and servicing state-of-the-art solutions across diverse industries. He founded Real World Ventures, Inc., an online marketplace automated operations tool suite, and sold the integrated processing solution that he developed for the industry. Most recently, Kevin has served as CTO of SkillSurvey, Inc. where he fostered growth of the company’s client base and supported a revenue increase of more than 500 percent in two-and-a-half years. In past positions, he held the role of Vice President of Technology for Verticalnet and lead Technical Architect and Developer for Atlas Commerce prior to Verticalnet's acquisition of the company. Kevin has also provided independent technical consulting services to large corporations in the banking and pharmaceuticals industries. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
